Like most of us, I am definitely more prone to colds, sinus infections and bronchitis in the winter. The old ladies at the gym blame my bad habit of hopping out of the pool and running off to work with wet hair 🙂 Until then, this orange juice is my go to for kicking a cold quicker, or just giving my immune system a boost!
